His playing years sit before the market begins

Keegan played for Scunthorpe United from 1968 to 1971, Liverpool from 1971 to 1977, Hamburger SV from 1977 to 1980, Southampton from 1980 to 1982 and Newcastle United from 1982 to 1984, with a final year at Blacktown City in 1985. He won 63 England caps and scored 21 goals, and took the Ballon d’Or in both 1978 and 1979.

Almost all of that falls in a period the second-hand shirt trade barely reaches. The oldest Liverpool and Newcastle items in the wider stock date from the mid-1970s, and there are only a few dozen Hamburg pieces in total, the earliest also from 1976. Personalised shirts from those years are rarer still, and none carrying his name are in stock.

The Liverpool and Newcastle sections of the shop are deep — thousands of items between them — and both include shirts from the years Keegan played, just without his name on them. A plain 1970s Liverpool or early-1980s Newcastle shirt is the closest thing available, and for most collectors of that era it is what they are actually after.
