Paolo Maldini
There are no Maldini shirts here
It is better to say this plainly than to pad the page. Only three items carry the Maldini name, and none of them is a shirt. Two are 1999-2000 AC Milan Centenary home bucket hats printed Maldini #3, one in standard and one in plus size. The third is a 2009-10 player-issue tribute patch reading Solo Per Te, the sleeve badge used to mark his retirement. All three are unworn and still tagged.
What to look for if a shirt appears
Maldini wore #3 throughout his career, so any genuine shirt will carry that number. He was a one-club player, spending all 25 seasons with AC Milan and retiring in 2009 at the age of 41, which means a Maldini club shirt can only be a Milan shirt; the only other possibility is Italy. He held the Serie A appearance record with 647 games until it was passed in 2020, and shares the record of eight European Cup or Champions League final appearances.
Condition
All three listings are Brand New with tags, so the 1 to 10 wear scale used elsewhere on the site does not apply to them. Elsewhere that scale runs from Fair through Good, Very Good and Excellent to Mint, and describes fading, marks and print wear rather than whether an item can be worn.
