Sampdoria

Sampdoria from 1989 to the present

Around 323 Sampdoria items are listed, running from 1989-90 to 2025-26. The 1990s are by far the deepest decade with roughly 113 items, followed by about 97 from the 2000s, 69 from the 2010s and 37 from the 2020s. That weighting matters: the club won its only Scudetto in 1991, the Cup Winners’ Cup in 1990 and reached the European Cup final in 1992, and the shirts from those seasons are well represented here. Home shirts number around 83, away around 75 and third shirts around 31.

Asics, Kappa, Joma, Macron

The manufacturer is the quickest way to place a Sampdoria garment. Asics is the most common label in this range with roughly 40 items and sits on the 1992-94, 1998-99 and 2002-04 pieces. Kappa covers the mid-2000s and early-2010s training wear and tracksuits, Joma the 2016-18 bench coats and track pants, and Macron the 2020-21 training shorts. The blue shirt with the white, red and black band across the chest gives the club its nickname, the blucerchiati.

Training wear and match issue

Only part of this range is matchday kit. Around 40 items are training shirts and tops, about 21 are jackets or bench coats, and roughly 20 are Player Issue with a further 17 Match Issue — squad-prepared shirts such as the 2005-06 third shirt numbered for Pisano. A handful are youth-team shirts. Condition runs the full 1 to 10 scale here, from Fair through to Mint, with Excellent and Very Good the two largest groups. Sampdoria were formed in 1946 by merger and share the Stadio Luigi Ferraris with Genoa.
