Founded on 27 July 1913 as Verdi Football Club, Parma play at the Stadio Ennio Tardini. The Gialloblù reached their peak in the 1990s: backed by Parmalat, they won four European trophies — the Cup Winners’ Cup in 1993, the UEFA Cup in 1995 and 1999, and the UEFA Super Cup in 1993.
Crippled by financial trouble in the 2010s, the club was declared bankrupt and refounded in 2015 as Parma Calcio 1913, restarting from Serie D. That double history — European summit, then collapse — is what puts a premium on shirts from the 1990s.
The 1-10 grade applies as elsewhere. An Italian shirt from the early 1990s graded Good shows its age but is complete. Italian sizing of that era runs narrower than English equivalents.
