West Brom retro shirts: navy and white stripes – page 2
Navy blue and white stripes have been West Bromwich Albion’s colours since the 1880s. Below are West Brom shirts from the early 1980s to the present: home and away kits, third shirts, training wear and match issue shirts.
Stripes and the Black Country
The Albion stripes are one of the oldest kits in English football, and the shirts here show how each era has interpreted them. The club was one of the twelve founder members of the Football League in 1888. Puma and adidas made most of the shirts in the collection, from the Premier League years of the 2010s to today.
Brunt, Barry and the printed shirts
Chris Brunt, who spent more than a decade at the club, is by far the most printed name here, followed by Gareth Barry. Zoltán Gera also appears, and match issue shirts make up a notable group for a club of this size.
Away and third shirts
Away shirts are almost as common as home shirts in the collection, and there is a good number of third kits and training tops too.
Condition and sizing
Every shirt is graded on condition and listed with its size, from worn to brand new with tags.
